Option 2 only €99 (€99 Refundable on successful sale of your property by Pichiclan Group).
With Option 2 you will get full enhanced professional photographs taken of your property they will then be added to the featured properties section on all our sites. Not only are they more property enhancing as a result as in option 1 but your property will also benefit from front page exposure making your property easier to find by a potential buyer. This gives Pichiclan Group a much better standing to convey the full potential of your property to those all important buyers. However these photos will still be copyrighted to Pichiclan Group.

Option 3 only €199 (€199 Refundable on successful sale of your property by Pichiclan Group).
With Option 3 not only will you get full enhanced professional photographs taken of your property as in Option 2 along with the images been added to the featured properties section on all our sites, but these images will then be made copyright free so you can use them at your will to market your property with other agents or any other media you wish. An extra 5 CD copies are available for your own distribution. This also means that you will only need to prepare your property once for the images to be taken.
